American Legion Posts of Virginia—1924 Index

SPECIAL NOTE: No history appears herein for a number of the Posts. This is due to the failure of the 1924 Commanders and Historians of those particular posts. Urgent and repeated appeals for these histories were made to the Post Commanders by the Department Commander and the Year Book Committee and especial attention was called to this matter at the Danville Convention. It is a source of deep regret that any Post should be unrepresented in these histories, but it appears to have been unavoidable.
