Grace was baptized in 1911 at Mountain View Independent Methodist Church, Brushy Fork, Ashe County, NC. She was married to Walter Knight for 61 years until his death in 1992. Grace bore three sons in Creston, Ashe County, NC, two of which have passed on after marrying and establishing families.
