THE PICTURE WAS TAKEN FROM THE CREEPER TRAIL WHICH CROSSES THE RIVER ON THE OLD VIRGINIA CREEPER RAILROAD TRESTLE. AS YOU CAN SEE, THE WATER LEVELS ARE QUITE LOW.
