Allred (ca. 1818-12 Jul 1890) and grandson of Jesse Allred (8 Feb 1783-11 Nov 1844). Julina was the daughter of Stephen F. Frost and Martha Bedsaul of Carroll. Member of the Virginia Constitutional Convention of 1901.
