Frost, Stephen F.984 viewsStephen F. Frost. He was born in Carroll ca. 1833 and died there some time after 1900. He was the grandson of the Revolutionary soldier John Frost (1756- 13 Jul 1834) who is buried in Carroll in the old Frost family cemetery.
