Thomas Cemetery

Grayson County, Virginia

Location: On Flatridge Rd (Rt 658) at Bartons Crossroads about a quarter mile beyond New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery south from road by about 300 feet in field. William Thomas or his child is reported to be the oldest burial in this cemetery. This site was investigated multiple times, neighbors consulted, but no cemetery was found. The cemetery was reported to be near obliteration in the mid-1990’s.
