Roop Cemetery

Location: Whitetop, School House Rd
Directions: From junction of Highlands Parkway (US 58) and School House Rd (Rt 751) go west 0.94 mile on Highlands Parkway to access lane on left (south) side of road. Follow this lane meandering 0.6 mile to cemetery on ridgeline.

Comments: The cemetery is fenced, poorly tended, with yuccas proliferating throughout the area. There were 20 – 30 stones piled around the base of a large pine tree in the cemetery.
