Emma Blevins was the daughter of Joseph Horton Blevins and Elzina Sarah Weaver, and the granddaughter of Eli Whitney Weaver and Mary Ashley. The children are: Dale Spencer (1901-1956) who married Raymond McKinley Weaver; Paul Spencer (infant, above), Fannie Spencer, who married Olen Edward Hoppers, and Dent Spencer.
