The older children standing on the right balcony are Franklin, Victoria (Halsey), Martha Virginia (Weaver) and Cora (Pugh). On the left balcony with parents are Callie (Weaver, Kilby), Stephen Glen, William Edward, Joanna (Wall) and Charles Bradley in front of Cicero Pennington and Carl in arms of Almeda Grubb Pennington.
