Location: The Painter Cemetery was in Carroll County Virginia, behind the residence at 111 Taylor Wood Road, within the city limits of Galax Virginia, just off Rt. 58 (East Stuart Drive). The Cemetery was between the Taylor Wood Subdivision and the Burger King Restaurant.
