Location: Fallville community of Spring Valley
Directions: The Jerusalem United Methodist Church Cemetery is beside Jerusalem Road (Rt. 604) 0.7 mile from its intersection with Spring Valley Road (Rt. 805).

Comments: The church was established in 1838. It appears that the cemetery was reconstructed some time ago. Several of the old foot markers have been used as markers for unmarked graves. This cemetery is well maintained and is in excellent condition.This is a composite of two different surveys. The first was done by people helping Paul Herndon in the early 1990s. The second was done in 2005 by Buford and Mildred Wilson. The basic listing here was provided by the Wilsons. Information in square brackets is not on the stones.
