Hobert Funk Family Cemetery

Grayson County, Virginia

Location: Spring Valley, Briarpatch Mountain

Directions: From the junction of Clito Rd (Rt 650) and Knob Fork Ln (Rt 833), the cemetery is 0.6 mile NW. Go NW on Knob Fork Ln to end of road and a private access lane, which continues up the hollow to old homeplace and cemetery. Continue up the hollow, walking along this access lane, approximately 0.15 mile to the fork in lane, where the farmstead is on a hill on the left and cemetery on hill on the right. Continue on this lane, bearing right and picking your way across streamline, then bear back sharply right and climb the hill.

Comments: The cemetery lies back from the crest of the hill, some 150-200 ft. It was fenced and well tended.
