This picture was taken in1892/3 not long after completion of the house built by Cicero on what is now Spencer Branch Road. The older children standing on the right balcony are Franklin, Victoria (Halsey), Martha Virginia (Weaver) and Cora (Pugh). On the left balcony with parents are Callie (Weaver, Kilby), Stephen Glen, William Edward, Joanna (Wall) and Charles Bradley in front of Cicero Pennington and Carl in arms of Almeda Grubb Pennington.
