McCarroll Cemetery
Grayson County, Virginia
Location: Grant
Directions: From the junction of Troutdale Hwy (SR 16) and Nightingale Ln (Rt 840), just south of Liberty Hill Baptist Church, go west on Nightingale Ln. about 1.2 mile to the last house on the road. The cemetery is located on a hill on the right side of the road behind the house.

Comments: The original information was provided by Pat Walton Pierce. . She reported that there were no markers beyond a rock with “McCarroll’ on it, but in 2009 there were three marked stones lying on the ground and several other graves marked by rocks. Remnants of a barbed wire fence surround the cemetery.
