A statement of Negroes brought into this state by Lilburn L.
Henderson a citizen of Washington and state of Virginia from the
state of Tennessee Viz.

a Negro man aged about Forty five years of age Five Feet seven
inches high with his right leg broke & of a dark complexion [,]

| Overton, |
a Negro man aged about Twenty years about Five feet two
½ Inches high, of a dark complexion and with a scar on the
right side of his mouth, also |
| Peter, |
a Negro man Twenty years of age, five Feet Five inches high or
there abouts of a dark complexion, also |
| Usly, |
a Negro woman about Twenty four years of age five feet three
inches high of a dark complexion, |
The above Slaves was formerly the property of William Henderson
deceased of Sumner County Tennessee the Father of said Liburn and
that he became the owner of said slaves previous to the passage of
an act entitled an act concerning slaves dated at Richmond

th January 1813 and that sixty days has not elapsed
since the said slaves have been brought into this
Commonwealth.

The following statement contains the names, ages, sexes, and
description of six Slaves brought to this place yesterday from the
State of Georgia for me.

a very black woman, likely for her age, forty two years old
next July |

A very bright mulatto woman, not likely, and Thirty four years
of age next September |
| Eudocia |
A female infant, child of Molly a bright mulatto three months
old |
| Nancy |
A very bright mulatto woman likely & thirty years old |
| Charles |
A dark mulatto boy, son of Nancy very likely and six years of
age |
| Nat |
Another dark mulatto boy, son of Nancy, very stout for his age,
about nineteen months old |
The above named slaves, except Nat & Eudocia were sent by me to
the state of Georgia in the beginning of the year eighteen hundred
and eleven, when I had determined on a removal, with my family, to
that Country.

Territory where he had owned him for two years

moveing [sic] from the State of Tennessee viz,
Seasor a Negro man about six feet high & about 30 years of age
of a dark complexion, also Tiller his wife about five feet five
inches high & about 25 years of age dark complexion, Also four
children Hannah a girl Eight years of age of a dark complexion,
Also William a boy about six years of age of a dark complexion,
Also Jerry a boy about four years of age of a dark complexion, Also
Ruth a girl of about two years of age dark complexion, And Joseph a
Negro man about Eighteen years of age and of a dark complexion and
about five feet six inches high.
